This website introduces ICV’s industrial video platform. It does not connect to a customer video system, display live customer footage, or accept incident-video uploads.

Information you choose to provide

The contact form uses your name, work email, company, industry, inquiry interest, and message to prepare an email locally. It does not submit these details to a website backend. When you open and send the message in your email app, your email service processes the message and ICV receives the information you send.

ICV can use an inquiry to respond to your request and discuss the relevant services. Avoid including sensitive footage, credentials, health information, or personal incident details in an initial inquiry.

Browser storage, cookies & analytics

This website uses Google Analytics through the Google tag to measure website visits and interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies and process information about pages visited, browser and device characteristics, and website activity. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. The value calculator performs its calculation in your browser and does not transmit your inputs.

Your browser may cache site files as part of normal web delivery. The contact form does not send its fields to Google Analytics; it prepares your inquiry locally for you to review and send by email.

Website delivery information

Our hosting and delivery services may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested path, and request time to deliver and protect the website. Access logging and retention depend on the chosen hosting configuration. Website delivery uses Amazon S3 and CloudFront.

Customer video is a separate matter

Industrial footage and event records can contain personal information. Their handling depends on the deployment, the parties’ roles, the purpose of processing, the applicable laws, and the contract.

Before deployment, establish the relevant controller and processor roles, appropriate notices, lawful processing, access boundaries, retention and deletion, hosting location, subprocessors, and any required assessment. Confirm available privacy features with ICV; this website does not promise anonymization, biometric restrictions, or any unverified technical control.
