Operational perspective

A clear view, offshore

Offshore deployment starts with the operating environment. ICV’s video and incident management approach can support a shared account of activity, while deployment planning establishes which hardware, detection rules, and integrations are appropriate for the asset.

Connect field visibility with the people responsible for safety, performance, and incident review. Begin with a focused deployment assessment, then validate the workflow at your site.

Where ICV can help
01 /

Work areas that matter

Assess video coverage of deck activity, restricted areas, and lifting operations with the people who understand the asset.

02 /

Evidence across shifts

Preserve event context for incident reviews, operational handovers, and discussions between operators and service companies.

03 /

Deployment with discipline

Review equipment suitability, network boundaries, bandwidth, and environmental requirements before selecting a configuration.

Deployment questions
Is every ICV camera suitable for hazardous areas?

No blanket hazardous-area or marine certification is claimed. Hardware selection must be checked against the area classification, environmental conditions, and required approvals.

What happens when offshore connectivity drops?

Offline capture and later synchronization are part of the platform approach. A deployment review must establish local storage, local analytics, alert routes, and recovery behavior for the chosen configuration.

Does ICV certify SEMS compliance?

No. Event evidence can support your safety management and review processes. The operator remains responsible for applicable regulatory duties, and software does not confer SEMS certification.
